Meet the Print + Digital Team


Dorothy Dobbie, founder and publisher of Pegasus Publications Inc., Print + Digital. Dorothy started in the business as a founder of Naylor Communications Inc., which became North America’s largest publisher of association of magazines. After a stint in Parliament as MP for Winnipeg south, Dorothy founded Pegasus to publish the Manitoba Gardener and other magazines. Aaron Newman, former director of advertising sales with the Winnipeg Free Press. Aaron has a vast experience in both the print and digital worlds. Aaron represents The Marketing Department of our consortium. Aaron can offer every marketing service from developing a logo through to building your website to creating and delivering sophisticated digital media campaigns.

Dan Stevens. Print magazines are still the single most effective medium to drive people to the Internet, but once they are there, video is the best way to get and hold the client’s attention. Dan Stevens and WorkerBee TV produce brief but compelling marketing videos for clients in Canada and the United States. Dan knows how to create an impact-filled video statement to powerfully reinforce your message.

Kevin Klein, founder of the Manitoba Post, worked all across the country in Canadian Media for over 15 years. He started as an on-air personality for radio and moved through the industry. Klein spent time in radio with Moffat and NewCap as well as a Vice President in television with a CTV affiliate. Recently Klein was the Publisher and CEO of Sun Media Manitoba and spent time with BellMTS heading up MyToba.ca. In 2017 Klein launched the ManitobaPost.com, a 100% independent and locally owned media organization providing news, sports, arts, and more from all across Manitoba.

CJNU Nostalgia Radio, Winnipeg’s community co-operative station at 93.7 FM, which in turn streams live on the Internet and on MTS TV. Nostalgia radio has an audience that is expected to grow to 50,000 this summer with their latest partnership – CJNU will be broadcasting the Goldeyes’ baseball games this summer.
